Liz’s Picks
Liz’s picks are fun, bold and unapologetically luscious. The translucent acetates of these choices from Theo Eyewear and Anne et Valentin take colour to the next level. Perfect for those seeking that chunky look with stylish, refined details.

Laine’s Picks
The classic cat-eye shape can be worn in a variety of ways. French designer frames by Ahlem showcase this perfectly. Laine’s picks (above) are a petite dramatic blue frame, a blush tone oversized acetate sunglass, and a white gold wire model that works as sunglasses or eyeglasses. These are not your 1960s cat-eyes as Ahlem’s modern spin on this vintage shape features deeper lens area and a little less lift.

Erin’s Picks
Erin’s favourites are three fun round shapes including the Samuel Barnett frame by Vancouver designer Dutil eyewear, and these epic retro sunglasses by Cazal. And don’t forget this limited edition Kenzo & Masunaga glam sunglass with interior orange confetti and acetate with extra depth. Iconic Jackie O vibes!

Rachael’s Picks
Anne & Valentin‘s spring shipments are filled with these beautiful color-blocking stripes. There are a few shapes in this stylish patterned laminate acetate to suit all different faces. Choose from several gorgeous silhouettes in cat-eye, round and square as optical or sunglasses. Rachael loves the pastel blue, pink & yellow color-way best!

Sam’s Picks
The Theo Lavalands collection is Sam’s choice series right now. This bold acetate contrasted against flat metal makes for a signature look in a variety of fun colour palettes. These frames & sunglasses are perfect for those folks that love the drama that Theo eyewear brings, but don’t love nosepads 🙂

Will’s Pick
Will’s favourite right now is this retro Anglo American frame. This epic, glamorous, asymmetric cat-eye was manufactured in the late 70s or early 80s out of clear and black acetate. This piece is from the Goo Goo archives and is unfortunately not for sale, though you never know what magical finds you can discover from our ever-evolving vintage collection.
